Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25481 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
