ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31923 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31923 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, on first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
