Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by this Hon'ble court in the order dated 19.04.2021 made in Crl.OP.NO.7207 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.LAKSHMIPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7207 of 2021 dated 19.04.2021 for executing the bail bond.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by this Court was not complied for the past one year.

3. Heard the learned Government (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner was not complied the condition imposed by this Court for the past one year otherwise the reason stated in the petition for not complying the condition is not satisfied, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
