Learned counsel for the petitioner on earlier occasions reported no instructions. Thus, in the interest of justice, I have directed that notice issued to the petitioner by the registry and proof be placed on file. Notice has been issued, but Tappal has been returned as 'unserved' stating that the addressee has been moved without any forwarding address. In such circumstances, I see nothing to be gained by keeping this writ petition pending any further. This writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

2. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the writ petition, effective only for a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
