(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This criminal appeal is filed challenging the conviction of the appellant for an offence under Section 302 IPC in S.C.No.192 of 2007. The appellant is the sole accused in the above sessions case.

2. Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the appellant died on 07.01.2022. He has also produced the death certificate of the appellant before this Court.
