This petition is filed to condone the delay of 137 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Ms.R.Durga Rani, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.P.V.Rajeswari, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay is 137 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 137 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
