COMMON ORDER The Tender Notification issued by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited for hiring of tourist vehicles for the year 2004-05 is put under challenge in these writ petitions.

2. Today, when the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had no instructions from his client.

3. The learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that Tenders were invited from the reputed contractors for hiring of tourists vehicles for the year 2004-05 and as tender period itself was over long ago, nothing survives for adjudication at this stage.

4. In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
