Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the second respondent in proceedings No.1965/A1/2008, dated 13.01.2009 and quash the same and to direct the respondent to pass orders on the concluded disciplinary proceedings in letter No.1965/A1/2000 dated 18.11.2008.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed questioning the correctness of the impugned order dated 13.01.2009 passed by the second respondent, with a further direction to pass orders on the concluded disciplinary proceedings dated 18.11.2008.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, final order has been passed on the concluded disciplinary proceedings dated 18.11.2008, hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs.
