COMMON O R D E R After hearing some time, when the Court is about to dismiss these Petitions filed to quash the proceedings initiated under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners through video conferencing seek permission of the Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to raise all the issues before the trial Court.
