CRIME NO.334/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.32477 of 2019 in Crime No.334 of 2019 on the file of this Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.B.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32477 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
