This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.17963 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.25365 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for 75 days.
