The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that since enquiry has already been conducted and the proceedings against the fifth respondent has been dropped and the enquiry report has also been furnished to the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any serious objection to the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
