Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the record of the case and quashing the impugned Auction Notice dated 14.06.2010 on the file of the fifth respondent in so far as it relates to the auction of lease of the land comprised in S.No.1672 situated in Shenbakkam Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District, as illegal, arbitrary,
colourable and without jurisdiction and be further pleased to direct the second respondent herein to execute the lease of the land comprised in S.No.1672/1A2, in an extent of 67 cents, which is situated in Shenbakkam Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District, belonging to Arulmighu Selva Vinayagar Thirukoil and hand over vacant possession thereof in terms of his proceedings in Letter No.428 dated 11.12.2000, HR & CE Department, Tamilnadu Government.
