PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., praying to relax the condition to appear before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri on every monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed upon the petitioners as per the order dated 18.12.2024 in Crl.M.P. No.17960 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.19828 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 07.02.2025, it has been inadvertently directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police instead of Jurisdictional Magistrate - II, Dharmapuri.

3.In view of the said submission, paragraph no.3 of the said order should be read as follows;

"3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17960 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19828 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

4.Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned. 21.02.2025 ay To 1.The Public Prosecutor, High Court of Madras, Chennai.
