2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted when this matter was listed on 07.02.2025 along with Crl.M.P.No.1853 of 2025, order has been typed only in that petition and inadvertently order has not been typed for this connected petition.

3.In view of the said submission, the order in Crl.M.P.No.1854 of 2025 reads as follows;

"This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17952 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25367 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Magistrate - II, Dharmapuri on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17952 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25367 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered."

4.Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
