2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order dated 21.01.2011 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1522 of 2011 has been complied with, inasmuch as on the complaint dated 05.09.2013 that was given by the petitioner, which contained the same allegations as in the complaint dated 05.06.2010, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.144 of 2013 and the same was closed.
