PRAYER:
Appeals under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent filed against the order dated 07.01.2015 passed in W.P.Nos.31155 to 31160 of 2014.
W.P.Nos.31155 of 2014 and 31156 of 2014:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to immediately carry out second valuation to the petitioners answer sheet in IIMUL ADWIA MUFRADAT (Subject Code:621035) respectively examination conducted by the respondents in August 2014 and publish the result before the forthcoming supplementary examination in February 2015. W.P.Nos.

These intra court appeals are directed against the common order dated 07.01.2015 passed in W.P.Nos.31155 to 31160 of 2014, whereby and whereunder, the learned Single Judge directed the appellants to abide by the guidelines for valuation 2012 and effect second valuation of the relevant answer scripts of the first respondent herein on or before 31.01.2015 in view of the supplementary examination scheduled to be held on 11.02.2015. Feeling aggrieved by the said direction, the appellants have come up with these appeals.
3. The learned counsel for the first respondent on instructions submitted that in compliance of the direction issued by the learned Single Judge, the University conducted second valuation of the relevant answer scripts of the first respondent. There were totally six candidates and out of that, five candidates failed even in the second evaluation and only one candidate succeeded. Even the said candidate completed his course and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
4. These intra court appeals are dismissed as infructuous on account of the subsequent events indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
