[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue, the petitioner's wife Priyanka, aged about 24 years, now under the custody of respondents 3 and 4 and set the detenue at liberty forthwith.

3. Petitioner as also respondents 3 and 4 along with the alleged detenue are present. Detenue, who is aged 24 years, informs that she and petitioner had never lived as husband and wife and that she presently is living with her parents on her own volition.

Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
