ORDER

Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court on 05.04.2024, Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, Tahsildar, Maduravoyal Taluk, is present before this Court today.

2. The order passed in the Writ Petition was a direction to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 20.03.2024.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Maduravoyal Taluk, Chennai, dated 27.03.2024 in proceedings in Procs.No.531/B1/2024, whereby, the petitioners' representation dated 20.03.2024 has been considered and rejected.

4. As such, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature. In case the petitioners are aggrieved against the rejection order, liberty is hereby granted to them to challenge the same in the 2/4

manner known to them under law.
