ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27230 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27230 of 2024 on 07.11.2024 is totally relaxed.
