The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records in E.O.C.C.No.25 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, E.O.II, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai and quash the same.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this Court may permit the petitioner to appear before the Income Tax authority for compounding the offence and may issue a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same as early as possible.

4. Accordingly, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Income Tax authority for compounding
