COMMON ORDER These Criminal Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the orders passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court II, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2024, Crl.M.P.No.137 of 2024 and Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2024 in S.R.No.606 of 2022, S.R.No.607 of 2022, and S.R.No.608 of 2022, dated 29.05.2024 and direct the Magistrate to take the complaint on file and dispose the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 260 days is condoned and the petitions are ordered as prayed for and the order passed by the learned Trial Judge in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2024, Crl.M.P.No.137 of 2024 and Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2024 in S.R.No.606 of 2022, S.R.No.607 of 2022, and S.R.No.608 of 2022, dated 29.05.2024 are set aside.
