The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that a letter dated 24.06.2004, is under challenge in this writ petition and during the pendency of the writ petition, an industrial dispute was raised and the workman succeeded and consequently, the Management reinstated all the workmen.
2.In view of the developments took place during the pendency of the writ petition, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
