Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order dated 31.01.2009 in Na.Ka.No.60831/2008/F3 of the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent herein to regularize the services of the petitioner as a Section Writer in the second respondent Municipality with effect from his initial date of appointment as NMR.
