This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.29311 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 that 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders'.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without fail.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.29311 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, is relaxed.
