.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare the notification in G.O.Ms.No.111/CTRE dated 07.04.98 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.61/CTRE dated 17.03.1999 issued by the first respondent,

declaring the portion of the notification "the dealer does not have any branch transfer or consignment transfer during the year" as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Art.14, 19, 301 and 304 of the Constitution of India.
