Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order 28.06.2010 issued by the 4th respondent in reference No.387, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner in service till the end of the academic year 2010-11, that is, upto 31.05.2011 and to settle all my terminal benefits forthwith upon his reaching the age of superannuation, award costs. ORDER

The writ petition was filed for quashing the order dated 28.06.2010 issued by the 4th respondent and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner in service till the end of the academic year 2010-11, that is upto 31.05.2010 and to settle all petitioner terminal benefits forthwith upon his reaching the age of superannuation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mrs.Porkodi submits on instructions that the prayer is now limited only to removal of certain remarks against the petitioner said to have been made in the impugned order.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan and Mr.V.Raghavachari submit that they have no serious objection to the removal of remarks against the petitioner.

4. By consent of both parties, this Court directs the 4th respondent to remove the said remarks against the petitioner in the impugned order. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled to claim any monetary or other benefits.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
