This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue joint patta in the name of the petitioner and her sister with respect to the subject property based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.11.2024.

2.Heard Mr.S.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.The petitioner and her sister are claiming a right over the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed dated 04.06.2022. The petitioner and her sister submitted an online application seeking for joint patta. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner based on the registered Sale Deed dated 04.06.2022, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 04.11.2024 and grant 2/4

joint patta, if there is no other rival claim. Proceedings shall be issued in this regard, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
