2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2015 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.63 of 2017 on 23.05.2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chidambaram and in Crime No.51 of 2015 the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
