This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.O.P.No.30433 of 2022 on 09.12.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Arani Taluk Police Station, Arni Thiruvannamalai everyday at 10:30 a.m for a period of two months and thereafter appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30a.m for a period of another three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on the 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
