Challenging the order dated 15.11.2021 passed in C.M.P.No.662/2019 in C.C.No.1021/2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Alandur, the present Revision is filed. Page No.1 of 4

2. The Petitioner filed a Private Complaint against the Respondents / Accused under Section 200 Cr.P.C., for offence under Sections 294, 341, 354, 379, 420 and 506(i) IPC., before the learned Magistrate, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Alandur. The learned Magistrate, after taking sworn statement and recording of witness statement taken the complaint on file, for offence under Section 323 IPC., and thereafter, under Section 254 Cr.P.C., proceeded with the trial. The Petitioner, who is the Complaint in C.C.No.1021 of 2020, filed a petition under Section 259 Cr.P.C., in C.M.P.No.662 of 2019 to include the offence under Section 379 IPC., when the case was at the penultimate stage of arguments. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Alandur, dismissed the petition on 15.11.2021. Aggrieved over the same, the Petitioner / Complainant is before this Court.

3. In view of the Judgment passed by this Court in CRL.A.No.183 of 2022, nothing survives in this Revision. Hence, the Revision stands dismissed.
