This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.11321 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on Monday of every alternate week at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
