Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.79514/V1/E3/09 dated 12.10.2009, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner school to continuously run the Vocational Courses during the academic year 2009-2010 and thereafter, send the students for examination.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
