ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the Shop No.7, Second Street, Puduvai Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai-600044, to some other place as per the representation dated 30.05.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the third respondent in which it is stated that there is no TASMAC shop running at No.7, 2nd Street, Pudhuvai Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai600044 and that there is no proposal of opening a TASMAC shop in the said location at present and hence the petitioner's representation is worthless.
