Prayer in W.P.No.7446/2017: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the rectification application filed on 20.03.2017 under Section 9(2) of the CST Act 1956 read along with section 84 of the TNVAT act 2006 to rectify the assessment order of the respondent passed in CST No.447297/2015-16 dated 24.02.2017.
