This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18405 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29803 of 2024, dated 21.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.
