This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7415 of 2023, dated 03.11.2023.

2. The contempt petition itself was disposed of recording the statement of learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] to the effect that the rival party has given an undertaking that they will not interfere. Now, it is complained that the rival party are not keeping up with their word and they continue to interfere.

3. The above fact will not give raise to filing a contempt petition. If the rival parties are going against their undertaking, it is left open to the second resopndent to take further action in accordance with law.
