ORDER

The condition that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties for the like sum as stipulated in clause 5(a) in Crl.M.P.No. 4123 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for a like sum. The other conditions remain static.

2. In view of the above modification, two weeks time is extended for executing sureties.
