Notice has been served on the respondent. Though Mr.G.Sugadev Rajaguru, Advocate, has filed vakalat for the respondent, he is not present before this Court when the matter is called.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
