The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for the relief sought for in this writ petition. The same is recorded and the learned Senior counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent has also not raised any serious objection for the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
