ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass these petitioners in connection with Crime No.Not known pending on the file of third respondent Police.

2. The petitioners seek direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now. However, if there is any harassment even today, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
