Heard Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Narayanamoorthy, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The petitioner challenges an order dated 03.10.2009 and the issue relates to the fixation of the proper date of birth of the petitioner. However, dehors this position, learned counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that the petitioner was visited with an order imposing compulsory retirement dated 11.03.2010 and this order has been accepted by the petitioner and has not been challenged.
3. Thus nothing fruitful would be achieved by pursuing this writ petition and even if the petitioner were to succeed in the same, the victory would only be academic.
