This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking leave of this Court for filing of suit for partition as some of the properties are outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The sole respondent/defendant has appeared in person and submitted that she has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Heard and perused the records.

4. Out of the schedule mentioned properties, some of the properties are outside the jurisdiction of this Court and some are within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this Court is satisfied and grants leave to file the suit.

5. Registry is directed to take the suit on file, if it is otherwise in order and place the matter before the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) for the process of serving of summons on the defendant.
