PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Salem, the 1st respondent herein, relating to his Pro.Na.Ka.No.6677/36/2004/A1 dated 14.09.2004, quash the said order of transfer and issue consequential directions to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Salem to allow the petitioner to continue as Village Administrative Officer, Periyeri Village, Salem Taluk and District.
