Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the impugned order letter No.RO(M)CORRN/REJ/2017/10736 dated 19-12-2017 by refusing to change the petitioner father's and mother's name in its record and in the Certificate of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation for Class IX and X issued to the petitioner herein and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the 1st respondent herein to dispose the petitioner's representation through 2nd respondent dated 29-11-2017 and to pass appropriate orders on the said representation for seeking correction of petitioner's Father's / Mother's name as Cherian Thomas and Miniyamma respectively, instead of Sabu and Mini which has been wrongly mentioned in the Certificate of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation issued to the petitioner by the 1st respondent, within the time frame to be specified by this Court in the circumstances of this case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the writ petition to withdraw the writ petition.
