ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the orders passed by the 1st respondent and direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 24.02.2011, 07.05.2011 and 13.06.2011 and sent by the petitioner to permit the petitioner to retire from service as on 31.05.2010 afternoon and regularize the period or suspension from 05.05.2010 to 31.05.2010 and to pay all retirement benefits to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, had produced the proceedings of the 2nd respondent addressed to 1st respondent indicating that the petitioner had been paid with all terminal benefits, pursuant to the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 02.11.2011.

3. The said proceeding is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid statement, there is no necessity to adjudicate the lis raised in this Writ Petition and the same is closed, accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
