Application No.5124 of 2022 is filed to bring on record Mrs.M.Amutha Kumaran, Mrs.S.Sudha and Mrs.M.Kalaivani as plaintiffs, being legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff Mr.D.Mohandass in T.O.S.No.30 of 2006.

2. The learned counsel for second defendant prays time for filing counter.

3. However, this Court on going through the records finds that the plaintiff D.Mohandass died on 27.10.2018, leaving behind the applicants as his legal heirs. The copy of the legal heir certificate is also produced for the perusal of this Court and the same confirms that the applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased D.Mohandass. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that he filed this application in time and it got mixed up with other bundles and then he filed an application for condonation of delay in representing the application and that application in Application No.3906 of 2022 was allowed. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and submission of the learned counsel for the applicants that impleadment of these plaintiffs are necessary for proceeding further with this case, this application is allowed.

5. The plaintiffs are directed to take appropriate steps for making suitable amendment in the plaint.
