Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to conduct the cultural programme on 29.01.2019 in the event of Sri Kamatchiamman Koil, Moongilmaduvu Village and Post, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District on the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2019.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a

direction to the the respondents to give permission to conduct the cultural programme on 29.01.2019 in the event of Sri Kamatchiamman Koil, Moongilmaduvu Village and Post, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District on the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the aforesaid representation was directly given to the respondents. But, no acknowledgment has been produced before this Court.

3. Since the programme has already been fixed today, it will be too late to issue any direction to the respondents. Hence, if the respondents are already in receipt of the representation dated 25.01.2019, it is open to them to pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
