The present writ petition is filed calling for the records from the 2nd respondent/Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai relating to the order dated 27.01.2021 in MA/310/00026/2021 in & OA/310/00317/2020 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction.
2. Heard Mr.K.Srinivasa Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire materials on record.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent filed O.A.No.317 of 2020 challenging his transfer 2/4
order before the Central Administrative Tribunal at Chennai Bench/the 2nd respondent. The Tribunal permitted him to conduct hearings through Video Conferencing. Challenging the said order, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition and this Court by the order dated 18.02.2021 granted ad-interim stay. Pending writ petition, now the 1st respondent has joined in the transferred place and also retired from service on 06.04.2022. In view of the subsequent development, no further order is necessary in the present writ petition.
