2. Offences alleged are under Sections 406 and 506(i) IPC.

3. Heard both sides.

4. As between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, there was business understanding and dealings in connection with exporting shoes to certain foreign countries on commission basis. The petitioner is alleged to have issued cheques for commission amount to the defacto complainant. The cheques were bounced. It is a cheque bouncing case arising out of business transactions.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) anticipatory bail granted;

(ii)Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, Kanchipuram District within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
